Dear Oxford family,
We are in the midst of unprecedented times that have caused many changes to all. As an organization facing the challenges that have evolved as a consequence of COVID 19 and its impact on all of us, we are cognizant of the difficulties you may be facing. As a result we have reached out to parents that have contacted us with regards to deposit reimbursements as well as tuition scholarships for the future or tuition reimbursements on an individual basis due to the financial difficulties. As you all are aware of the contract signed by you, there was a provision for Insurance purchase for situations like this, to be able to get tuition refunds past the refund deadline date. Those who participated in the program would receive their refunds, considering that this was an unforeseeable closure. To families that did not participate in the Insurance program, we have offered all families a scholarship for the remaining tuition for the 2019-2020 school year, credited for the 2021 school year as a scholarship for your child or a sibling. Due to these unpredictable times and financial constraints we understand that enrollment may not be your option for a future year. If this is the case and you are interested in discussing monetary reimbursement for the remainder of the 2019-2020 school closure due to the unanticipated COVID 19, we are working with individual families requesting reimbursement. As you all are aware, this crisis was not anticipated by anyone, yet we are all in a very difficult position. Despite the hardships we face we are the Oxford family and as such we are here for you.
